  • Confirm install warranty records in the Polar Tint network database.

  • Send appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, and post-service review requests by text message to customers who have opted in (see Section 4a, “Text Messaging Program,” below).

If you provide your phone number when booking a service appointment or requesting a quote through a Polar Tint location’s website or in-shop intake process, you may receive text messages related to that appointment or quote, including confirmations, reminders, and post-service review requests.

  • Consent: You opt in by providing your phone number during booking, quote requests, or in-shop intake, where you are informed you will receive text updates about your appointment.
  • Message frequency: Varies based on your appointment activity.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
  • Help: Reply HELP for assistance, or contact your nearest Polar Tint location through its location subdomain.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Data retention

We retain customer information as long as necessary to honor warranty claims (the Lifetime Polar Tint Promise can last for years), provide ongoing service, comply with tax/legal obligations, or resolve disputes. Hiring information is retained for 1 year unless you become a Polar Tint employee.
