Lifetime Polar Tint Promise
Film and install both covered for the life of the vehicle, home, or property. Transferable on resale. Honored at every Polar Tint location nationwide.
Four locked commitments on every Polar Tint install. Not slogans — specific, written promises a customer can hold any location in the network accountable to.
Film and install both covered for the life of the vehicle, home, or property. Transferable on resale. Honored at every Polar Tint location nationwide.
Every Polar Tint location is staffed by certified, manufacturer-trained installers running the same playbook. The same product line. The same standards. No off-the-street technicians, anywhere in the country.
Different climates need different films. Our grade lineup is engineered by climate — the wizard recommends a grade by where you live, not what’s on the shelf.
Bring a written quote from any licensed local shop for the same film and same coverage. We match it. The Polar Tint Promise still applies on top.
What “lifetime” actually means at Polar Tint — and what makes ours different from the industry default.
For the life of the vehicle, home, or property — not a 5-year asterisked “limited” warranty. Most film installers offer a manufacturer warranty (typically 5 or 10 years) and stop there. The Polar Tint Promise covers the film AND the install AND the adhesive for the entire useful life of the underlying property.
Transferable on resale. If you sell your car, home, or building, the warranty passes to the next owner with no paperwork fee. This is rare in the category — most shop warranties terminate when ownership changes. We don’t.
Honored at any Polar Tint nationwide. Move from Henderson to Denver? Your warranty is fully serviceable at Parker North. Sell your Tampa house to a buyer in Phoenix? The new owner can use the nearest Polar Tint. National network, national warranty.
What’s covered: fading, bubbling, peeling, delamination, color change (including the “purpling” that happens to dyed films within 3–5 years), and install defects. Damage from external impact or chemical exposure outside normal use isn’t covered — that’s a damage event, not a warranty issue.
The same playbook. The same training. The same product line. At every Polar Tint location in the country.
Every Polar Tint location is staffed by certified, manufacturer-trained installers working from the same install playbook. Same surface prep, same computer-cut patterns, same dust-controlled bays, same post-install QA checklist. The shop in Henderson and the shop in Parker are running the identical process. That’s what makes the Lifetime Polar Tint Promise honorable nationwide — the install that gets warrantied has to be a known quantity.
What the certified-installer standard means in practice:
The underweighted pillar. Local shops can’t honor warranty work when you move — the next shop doesn’t know how the first one installed it. Every Polar Tint runs the same playbook. Different shop, same install.
Same product family. Three grades. The right one depends on where you live.
Polar Tint’s window film line is engineered by climate. The same is true for our ceramic coating tiers, our PPF coverage levels, and our residential film categories. The Polar Tint Promise says we recommend the grade that fits your climate, not the grade we have most of in stock.
Specifically, the automotive window film line has three grades — Ceramic Ultimate Plus (hot climate), 70% VLT (UV-first, near-factory look), Ceramic Plus (Better) (privacy-first), and Premium Ceramic (Good) (looks-first, value tier). Our 60-second wizard recommends one based on climate + priority. Your local Polar Tint can override the wizard if your specific situation suggests a different grade — that judgment is what trained installers exist for.
The top-tier Ceramic Ultimate Plus delivers up to 98% infrared heat rejection. The 70% VLT delivers 99% UV blocking. The product line is built so the trade-offs are explicit, not hidden.
If a licensed competitor will do the same coverage cheaper, we match it.
Pricing is set at the local Polar Tint based on vehicle/property size, complexity, and the grade selected. We publish the lineup, not the price — final pricing happens at quote. If you bring us a written quote from any licensed competitor for the same film and the same coverage, we will match it. The Polar Tint Promise (Pillar One) still applies on top.
The match is on apples-to-apples specifications: same film grade, same coverage area, same vehicle. We won’t match a competitor’s lower-tier film against our premium ceramic — that’s not the same product. But we’ll match premium-to-premium any day of the week.
Why we offer it: the Polar Tint Promise costs more to deliver than the industry default. We want price-shoppers to come in anyway — once they see the install standard and the warranty paperwork, the comparison usually clarifies itself.
