1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing polartint.com or any Polar Tint location subdomain, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. About Polar Tint

Polar Tint is a national network of premium window film, paint protection film, and ceramic coating installation locations. polartint.com is the brand site that routes visitors to the appropriate location subdomain for booking and service.

3. Use of the site

You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of others or restrict their use of the site. You agree not to:

  • Use automated tools (scrapers, bots) to access the site without permission.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its data.
  • Submit false or misleading information through any form.
  • Use the site to transmit malware or harmful code.

4. The Lifetime Polar Tint Promise (warranty)

The Lifetime Polar Tint Promise is offered on completed installations at Polar Tint locations and covers film and install for the life of the vehicle or property, transferable on resale, honored at every Polar Tint location nationwide. The warranty does not cover user damage (rock chips, accidental glass breaks, attempts to remove film yourself, third-party damage). Specific warranty terms are provided at the time of installation.

Information on polartint.com about services, grades, and warranty terms is for general informational purposes. The actual contract for service is between you and the specific Polar Tint location performing the installation.

5. Pricing and quotes

polartint.com does not display pricing. Pricing is provided by each Polar Tint location based on vehicle / property, grade selected, and coverage. The Polar Tint Match Guarantee (matching licensed competitor quotes for the same film and coverage) is offered through individual Polar Tint locations and is subject to that location’s discretion.

6. Intellectual property

All content on polartint.com — including text, images, logos, and product names (Ceramic Ultimate Plus, Polar Tint Solar, 3M ceramic coating, etc.) — is owned by Polar Tint or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

7. Links to third-party sites

polartint.com may link to third-party sites (e.g., Google Maps, Polar Tint Franchise site). Polar Tint is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those sites.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

polartint.com is provided "as is." We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Polar Tint is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of polartint.com.

10. Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service. Material changes will be noted on this page with an updated date.
