Why Coral Springs — and why South Florida
Coral Springs sits in northwest Broward County, anchored between Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton, and the western reach of the South Florida Metro. It’s a market that hits every single condition the Polar Tint product stack is engineered for: high year-round IR load, the highest UV index in the continental U.S., long high-humidity months, daily afternoon convective storms in summer, and a vehicle and home population that already understands the value of impact glass and storm-rated film. Why ceramic-only matters even more in Florida
Three things compound in South Florida that don’t hit other markets the same way. The first is the UV index, which runs at 10 or above for much of the year and is the single biggest driver of cabin interior fade, dashboard cracking, and direct skin exposure during long drives on I-95 or the Sawgrass.
